Two section table top
The head section is long enough to provide a comfortable back rest if lifted. Patients can rest in half-sitting position. The lying section is manually adjustable, too. It allows the Trendelenburg position to elevate the legs above the heart to help blood flow to the heart in case of emergency.
Push handles
The patient transport trolley Stretcher SL includes push handles at leg and head section. They both offer the medical staff a safe and firm grip during transport. The handles at the head section are dual-height allowing you to choose more appropriate height so the maneuvering and driving simplifies.
Safety rails
Patient safety always comes first. Firm and sturdy safety rails (patent EP Nr. 3496694 and US Nr. 11110019) protect patients from falling. The rails also feature a plastic on top serving as a hand rest if needed.
Bumpers
There are rubber bumpers on all four corners of the trolley. They protect the trolley and the surrounding against damage in case of accidental bumping.
Height adjustment
The patient transport trolley features hydraulic height adjustment. Simply by pushing the pedal to lift the table and pressing it up to lower it, you can adjust height between 57 cm and 104 cm. There is a height adjustment pedal on either side of the trolley.
Castoring system
The patient trolley Stretcher SL features 4 big castors that run very smoothly. The central locking system enables blocking all castors, locking them in one direction or letting them move freely. You operate it simply by pushing a pedal at either castor.
Mattress
The Stretcher SL’s mattress is made of 8 cm memory foam providing perfect patient comfort. It is upholstered in black antistatic PU material resistant to blood, urine, fat and disinfectant. The seams are welded and taped to prevent the penetration of liquids which contributes to easier hygiene maintenance.
