For more than 40 years, we have been present on the international market with products of our own development and production. Our success can certainly be attributed to the quality at all levels of our business, which we have been striving for since the very beginning.
From the outset, we have put the users of our products, both patients and medical staff, at the heart of our mission. In the development of each of our products, we aim first and foremost to find solutions that make it easier for medical staff to carry out their tasks, while we want to ensure the safety and comfort of patients above all. That’s why product quality comes first.
The quality of a product starts in its development and continues with the choice of quality materials, good and reliable suppliers such as Linak, internal processes that are continuously subject to improvement and ends with the control of each product before it leaves our house.
The field of medical products is strictly regulated on the European level. Last year, the new Medical Device Regulation (MDR) was adopted to protect patient care and clinical outcome, both of which are directly related to the “safety of” and “safe use of” medical devices.
Our products have been tested by the Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology and have been found to comply with the standards relating to the general and electrical safety of electrical medical equipment. In other words, they meet high quality standards and strict safety requirements. Focusing on quality leads to a more efficient and more flexible organization that is better prepared for new opportunities in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. In March this year, the company underwent a successful conformity assessment to ISO 9001:2015, the global standard for quality management systems.
Four Red Dot Design Awards which involve industrial design, product innovation and functionality attest to the quality of our products. Stretcher X2 has just recently won the Red Dot Product Design award 2022.
