Another recognition for the Operating table Y! The jury wrote that it “instills a sense of reliability, solidity, and safety” – exactly what both the surgical team and the patient need during a procedure.
At this year’s BIG Design Festival, held from 9 to 11 October in Ljubljana, our collaboration with the Wilsonic Design team once again took the stage among the best. Following the Red Dot Award earlier this year, we are proud to receive the BIG SEE Slovenian Design Award 2025. The award is presented by Zavod BIG – the Center for Creative Economy of Southeast Europe – which has, since 2018, been recognizing projects that improve quality of life and advance the profession through innovative and responsible design.
“The operating table is the result of long-term collaboration between a design studio and a manufacturer and represents a major step forward in the development of this type of equipment. The harmony of forms and refinement of details, which are minimized due to the specific function, demonstrate an excellent approach to designing such devices.” The operating table combines top-level functionality and ergonomics, supporting both the patient and the surgical team during procedures. We are proud that the jury recognized values such as innovation, quality, ergonomics, sustainability, aesthetics, and social impact in our product.
The award makes us happy and proud. It is both a confirmation that we are on the right path and an inspiration for future projects. But what means the most is that with every product we help create an environment where people – and care for them – come first.
