Dobra telesna pripravljenost v starosti pomeni \u0161e veliko ve\u010d \u2013 samostojnost, neodvisnost in povezanost z drugimi.<\/p>\n<p>Kaj vadba prina\u0161a ne le starej\u0161im, ampak vsem, smo povpra\u0161ali kineziologa <strong>Ga\u0161perja Kova\u010da<\/strong> iz <a href=\"https:\/\/kineospot.si\/\"><strong>KineoSpota<\/strong><\/a>, ki se ukvarja tudi z vadbami za starej\u0161e.<\/p>\n<h3>Kako si najla\u017eje predstavljamo u\u010dinke vadbe na telo? Kaj to pomeni za starej\u0161e?<\/h3>\n<p>\u010ce pozabimo na vse znanstveno-fiziolo\u0161ke razlage in opise \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa, smo pravzaprav kar preprosta bitja. Razvijamo se na podro\u010djih, ki jim posve\u010damo \u010das. \u010ce hodimo v \u0161olo in se u\u010dimo, bomo bolje in hitreje razmi\u0161ljali. Enako je tudi na gibalnem podro\u010dju. \u010ce treniramo mo\u010d, se nam mi\u0161i\u010dna sposobnost izbolj\u0161a, posledi\u010dno pa la\u017eje premikamo te\u017eka bremena. \u010ce treniramo ravnote\u017eje, smo bolj stabilni. Vsakodnevni nenadni in nepri\u010dakovani gibalni dogodki nam ne povzro\u010dajo te\u017eav, saj hitro spremenimo polo\u017eaj telesa. Mo\u010dne in skoordinirane noge nas ujamejo in tako se izognemo padcu. Tak\u0161ne telesne prilagoditve posameznikov, ki redno izvajajo vaje za mo\u010d, koordinacijo in ravnote\u017eje, so \u0161e kako pomembne pri predstavnikih starej\u0161ih generacij. Prav padec je namre\u010d vodilni razlog hospitalizacije in tudi smrti pri ljudeh starej\u0161ih od 65 let. Med telovadbo in po njej, veliko teh \u00bbdelov\u00ab deluje s povi\u0161ano intenzivnostjo. Ko minevajo leta redne vadbe, ti \u00bbsestavni deli\u00ab za\u010dnejo bolj ekonomi\u010dno oz. optimalno delovati. To pomeni, da so mi\u0161ice bolj prekrvavljene in posledi\u010dno kasneje pride do kalcinacij v ramenu. Koleno je bolj stabilizirano in kasneje pride do obrab. Hrbet nam prej sporo\u010di, da ima telo dovolj stati\u010dnih dr\u017e ter, da je \u010das za zdravo gibanje &#8211; kar prepre\u010duje nastanek hernij. Pomeni pa tudi, da imamo bolj elasti\u010dno o\u017eilje, sr\u010dna mi\u0161ica bolje pre\u010drpava kri, plju\u010da predihajo ve\u010d kisika in manj je visceralnega ma\u0161\u010devja, ki bi sicer pritiskalo na organe in ote\u017eevalo njihovo delovanje. Pri tem pa ne smemo pozabiti na najbolj energetsko potraten organ, mo\u017egane, ki ne pri\u010dnejo delovati samo bolj ekonomi\u010dno, temve\u010d tudi bolj pozitivno.
