Dobra tjelesna kondicija u kasnijim godinama zna\u010di puno vi\u0161e \u2013 neovisnost, samodostatnost i povezanost s drugima.<\/p>\n<p>Kineziologa <strong>Ga\u0161pera Kova\u010da<\/strong> iz<a href=\"https:\/\/kineospot.si\/\"> <strong>KineoSpota<\/strong><\/a>, koji izme\u0111u ostalog radi na programima vje\u017ebanja za starije, pitali smo kakve koristi tjelesna aktivnost donosi ne samo starijim osobama ve\u0107 svima.<\/p>\n<h3>Kako najbolje mo\u017eemo zamisliti u\u010dinke vje\u017ebanja na tijelo? \u0160to to zna\u010di za starije osobe?<\/h3>\n<p>Ako ostavimo sa strane sva znanstvena i fiziolo\u0161ka obja\u0161njenja i opise ljudskog tijela, mi smo, zapravo, sasvim jednostavna bi\u0107a. Razvijamo se u onim podru\u010djima kojima posve\u0107ujemo vrijeme. Ako idemo u \u0161kolu i u\u010dimo, br\u017ee i bolje \u0107emo razmi\u0161ljati. Isto vrijedi i za tjelesnu aktivnost. Ako treniramo snagu, na\u0161 mi\u0161i\u0107ni kapacitet se pobolj\u0161ava i lak\u0161e mo\u017eemo podizati te\u0161ke stvari. Ako treniramo ravnote\u017eu, postajemo stabilniji. Svakodnevni nagli i neo\u010dekivani pokreti ne uzrokuju nam probleme, jer mo\u017eemo brzo promijeniti polo\u017eaj tijela. Sna\u017ene i koordinirane noge nas uravnote\u017euju, poma\u017eu\u0107i nam da izbjegnemo pad. Starije osobe imaju posebno velike koristi od fizi\u010dkih prilagodbi koje su rezultat redovnih vje\u017ebi snage, ravnote\u017ee i koordinacije. Padovi su vode\u0107i uzrok hospitalizacije, pa \u010dak i smrti, kod osoba starijih od 65 godina. Tijekom i nakon vje\u017ebanja, mnogi od ovih \u201edijelova\u201c rade pove\u0107anim intenzitetom. A tijekom godina redovitog vje\u017ebanja, ove komponente po\u010dinju funkcionirati ekonomi\u010dnije ili optimalnije. To zna\u010di da su mi\u0161i\u0107i bolje opskrbljeni krvlju, \u0161to dovodi do kasnijeg po\u010detka kalcifikacije u ramenu. Koljeno je bolje stabilizirano, pa se tro\u0161enje pojavljuje kasnije. Le\u0111a ranije signaliziraju kada se tijelo umorilo od stati\u010dnih polo\u017eaja i treba zdravo kretanje \u2013 sprje\u010davaju\u0107i razvoj kila. Ne smijemo zaboraviti ni organ koji tro\u0161i najvi\u0161e energije \u2013 mozak \u2013 koji ne samo da po\u010dinje funkcionirati ekonomi\u010dnije nego i pozitivnije.
